By creating an account or using any feature of the Platform, you declare that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law; (d) you have read, understood, and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy; and (e) all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Creating an account with false identity, false marital status, false religious practice information, or using another person's information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent account suspension, and may expose you to legal liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform.

The Platform is designed exclusively for the purpose of facilitating serious marriage introductions between Muslim individuals, in accordance with the principles of the Sunnah, with the involvement of a wali (Islamic guardian) for female users.

Each person may hold only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

You must keep your profile information accurate and up to date. Profiles that contain misleading, false, or outdated information may be suspended or removed without notice.

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse registration to any person and to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause and without liability to you.

A central feature of Mouqabalah is the wali-mediated introduction system. For female users, providing accurate wali (Islamic guardian) information is a mandatory requirement and condition of use of the Platform.

Wali contact details are treated as sensitive PII. They are never visible on the Platform and are only disclosed to a specific interest requester after the female user has explicitly approved that request.

Mouqabalah provides the technical infrastructure for this system but is not responsible for the conduct of walis or the outcome of introductions.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"), including your profile text, photos, and messages. By submitting User Content, you grant Kube IT Consulting FZCO a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free, sublicensable licence (with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to use, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such content in any and all media or formats, for any purpose including operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Platform.

This licence is granted without any compensation to you and survives any termination of your account or these Terms.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit; (b) your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights; (c) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws; and (d) you have obtained all necessary consents from any third parties featured in your User Content.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, at any time, without notice and without liability to you. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor User Content.

Feedback: If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy, disclose, and incorporate such Feedback into any product or service, without any obligation to compensate you or give you credit.

All Platform content, design, technology, trademarks, and branding — excluding User Content — are the exclusive property of Kube IT Consulting FZCO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details are described in our General Conditions of Sale (CGV), which form an integral part of the agreement between you and Mouqabalah. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the CGV in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions are managed and billed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. All payment disputes should be directed first to us at [email protected].

We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice and without liability to you: (a) suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Platform; (b) remove any User Content; (c) terminate your subscription (subject to applicable refund obligations under our CGV); for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, harm to other users or to the Platform, conduct that we deem inappropriate — whether occurring on or off the Platform — legal obligation, or safety concerns.

You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly set out in our CGV.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. The following Sections survive any termination or expiration of these Terms and shall remain in full force: Section 6 (User Content and Intellectual Property), Section 9 (Disclaimers), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), Section 11 (Indemnification), Section 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and Section 13 (General Provisions).

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or any other screening of users. We make no representations about any user's conduct, identity, health, intentions, or truthfulness. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, whether online or offline.

We do not guarantee the number of active users on the Platform, how often any user will be active, or whether any user will want to communicate with or meet you. We do not guarantee that using the Platform will lead to an introduction, a marriage, or any other outcome.

We are not responsible for content posted or sent by users or third parties, or for any damage to your device or data from viruses, hacking, or security incidents arising from your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kube IT Consulting FZCO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 24 months before the claim, or (b) €50.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you have a problem or complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] — we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

If we cannot resolve it between us, any dispute may be brought before the courts of Dubai, UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and CGV, form the complete agreement between you and Mouqabalah.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
